Our facial scrub is formulated with problematic skin in mind, yet it is gentle enough for sensitive skin. We've chosen carrier oils and essential oils that are beneficial to the skin, yet cleanse and nourish without leaving a greasy residue behind. You may find that you need less moisturizer after using our facial scrub since shea butter is the base ingredient.

We use ground chia seeds and baking soda as our exfoliant.  Chia seeds are an excellent all natural option that are gentle on the skin but tough enough to help remove dead cells and dry skin, to help prevent continued problematic skin issues.

We offer a free scoop for those who would like one. It will not automatically be included. Please be sure to select the wooden scoop option in addition to your scent preference.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Scoop a small amount of scrub out of the jar. Wet scrub slightly with a few drops of warm water and rub fingers together (like you're lathering it up). Gently massage over the skin for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse off of skin using a warm wet washcloth to ensure you remove any excess residue. Recommended use is 2-3 times a week but may be used daily if skin tolerates it.

Peppermint oil is cooling to the skin and helps to increase circulation in the area it is applied, making it perfect in our scrub as it will leave your skin feeling refreshed and ready to face the day. Peppermint oil is astringent, anit-microbial, as well as anti-septic which may help to reduce pimples and lesions like papules, pustules, nodules, cysts, and active comedones.
